On 10th December 2025, Mr. Ramankanth Vallabhaneni, CEO of ACIC, participated In 1st stake Holder consultation under Human Capital Development Program with CEOs of leading incubators across India hosted by the AIM.

AIM hosted the first stakeholder consultation under the Human Capital Development Program with CEOs from leading incubators across the country.

The AIM team outlined the national need for a structured innovation workforce. Dr. Deepak Bagla, Mission Director, AIM, NITI Aayog, delivered the Inaugural Address and highlighted incubator leaders as the skilled drivers of India’s innovation ecosystem.

The consultation was a co-creation workshop with discussions on competencies, workforce roles, content development, best practices and internships.

Together, incubator teams shared actionable inputs on:
✔ Required skills and competencies
✔ Training modules and delivery formats
✔ Current workforce challenges
✔ Internship and immersion models
✔ State-level and global best practices

These insights will guide AIM in designing a National HCD Framework that is globally benchmarked and locally relevant. AIM thanks all incubators for their active participation.
