The ACIC–KL Incubation team visited Weavershala – Handlooms Development Center, Mangalagiri, as part of an engagement to understand and support the traditional handloom ecosystem.
The visit included detailed interactions and structured enquiries with artisans and stakeholders, focusing on handloom practices, operational challenges, value addition, market linkages, and opportunities for innovation-led interventions. The discussions aimed at identifying sustainable and scalable approaches to strengthen handloom enterprises through collaboration, technology integration, and institutional support.
