ACIC-KL Startups Foundation, supported by NITI Aayog – Atal Innovation Mission, organised an orientation program titled “Registering a Company in India: Made Simple” for student founders.

The program was held on 9th January 2026 at CV Raman Hall, Mechanical Block, KL University, Vaddeswaram, in collaboration with KL University – KMDI&E.
The session was led by Mr. Kilaru Srinivasa Rao, who provided practical guidance on company incorporation in India. His session covered startup registration procedures, selection of appropriate business structures, legal formalities, basic compliances, and common challenges faced by early-stage startups.
The program enabled students and aspiring entrepreneurs to gain clarity on regulatory requirements, avoid early-stage legal pitfalls, and better prepare for launching and sustaining their startups.
