Exploring Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Incubation Centre Visit by Nirmala College of Pharmacy to ACIC–KL Startups Foundation on 9th March 2026.

We were pleased to host the faculty members and students from Nirmala College of Pharmacy at ACIC – KL Startups Foundation for an Incubation Centre Visit, providing them with an opportunity to gain insights into the innovation and startup ecosystem.

During the visit, the students explored the key facilities and innovation infrastructure available at ACIC–KL, including the IoT Lab, Prototype Lab, Makers Space Lab, Rapid Fab Lab, Ideation Zone, and Co-Working Space. These facilities play a significant role in supporting innovators and startups in transforming ideas into prototypes and scalable solutions.

Mr. K. Nageswara Rao and Mr. M. Kiran from the Incubation Centre guided the students through the incubation facilities and provided detailed insights into the infrastructure, prototyping tools, and incubation support systems available for innovators and entrepreneurs.

The visit was led by Dr. S. Padmavathi, Professor & Head of the Department, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, who accompanied the students as part of their institutional engagement with innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.

Such incubation centre visits provide students with valuable exposure to the startup ecosystem, product development processes, and innovation-driven opportunities, encouraging them to explore entrepreneurial pathways alongside their academic learning.
