Outreach Program at Ipurupalem (Rural) near Chirala

ACIC KL Startups Foundation went on an outreach at Ipurupalem (Rural) near Chirala to interact with weavers community. In this outreach event weavers explained various problems facing in the weaving of clothes, selling and in the market. The team of ACIC talked with the weavers, explained the opportunities in handlooms manufacturing and the market demand for these products. The team also explained about the incubation facilities, opportunities and support provided by ACIC-KLSF.
As a part of this outreach, we have also interacted with Eco-Basket weaver, and he explained several problems in making of these baskets and he also makes ‘Bamboo Ladders’. Also, the team of ACIC created awareness on incubation facilities, opportunities and support provided by ACIC-KLSF.
